Welcome to Eternal Yogalaya. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, participation in our yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound baths, workshops, private sessions, memberships, events, and the purchase of products through our online or in-studio shop.
By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or buying products from Eternal Yogalaya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Eternal Yogalaya
Eternal Yogalaya is a yoga and wellness studio located in Texas, dedicated to promoting physical wellness, mental clarity, stress relief, and spiritual growth through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and wellness education.Our services are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our classes, workshops, memberships, or online services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians registering a minor accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and acknowledge that they have reviewed these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Website Use
You may use our website solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.You agree not to:
- Use the website in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the website’s operation.
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from our website without prior written permission.
- Use our content, classes, or materials to create competing products or services.
4. Studio Philosophy
Eternal Yogalaya is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and peaceful environment for every student regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, experience level, or physical ability.
We ask every member of our community to treat fellow students, instructors, staff, and our studio space with kindness, compassion, and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others may result in immediate removal from the studio without refund.
5. Class Reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, mobile platform, or approved booking system. Class availability is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed. Eternal Yogalaya reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify class times due to weather, instructor illness, emergencies, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
When possible, participants will be notified in advance.
6. Arrival Policy
To create a calm and uninterrupted environment for all students, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class begins.
Students arriving after class has started may not be admitted if entry would disrupt the experience of others.
Late arrivals are not entitled to refunds or additional class time.
7. Memberships
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Membership benefits may only be used by the registered member.
Memberships may include:
- Unlimited classes
- Limited monthly classes
- Member pricing
- Early event registration
- Retail discounts
- Other promotional benefits
Membership benefits may change at any time with reasonable notice.
Memberships do not guarantee admission into classes that have reached capacity.
8. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their memberships according to the cancellation policy stated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.
Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Eternal Yogalaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of studio policies.
9. Workshops, Retreats & Special Events
Workshops, teacher trainings, retreats, sound bath experiences, community events, and special programs may have separate pricing, policies, cancellation deadlines, and participation requirements.
Participants should carefully review event-specific information before registering.
Some events may be non-refundable due to limited capacity and advance planning.
10. Private Sessions
Private yoga instruction and wellness sessions are reserved specifically for the individual client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.
11. Health & Personal Responsibility
By participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition throughout each session.
You agree to:
- Practice within your own abilities.
- Inform instructors of injuries or limitations.
- Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or difficulty breathing.
- Consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program if you have medical concerns.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
12. Sound Healing
Private yoga instruction and wellness sessions are reserved specifically for the individual client.Sound bath sessions are designed to promote relaxation and personal well-being.
Individual experiences vary.
Participants with epilepsy, hearing disorders, implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, pregnancy, or other medical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Sound healing is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
13. Retail Shop
Eternal Yogalaya offers carefully selected wellness products including yoga apparel, singing bowls, mandala wall tapestries, yoga accessories, and other merchandise.
We strive to display product colors and descriptions accurately; however, actual colors may vary depending on your screen or lighting conditions.
Availability may change without notice.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including our logo, brand name, photographs, videos, written materials, graphics, class descriptions, course content, downloadable resources, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Eternal Yogalaya unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
15. Photography & Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or events for educational or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a staff member before class begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Eternal Yogalaya, its owner, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in classes, workshops, sound healing sessions, use of our website, purchase of products, or reliance on information provided through our services.
Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Eternal Yogalaya’s services shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Texas.

Eternal Yogalaya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
