STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Welcome to Eternal Yogalaya

Our studio is a sanctuary dedicated to peace, mindfulness, and community. To help create a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all students observe the following guidelines.

Arrive Early

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle your belongings, and prepare your mind and body for practice. Arriving early helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and allows classes to begin on time.

Respect Quiet Spaces

Many students use the studio for meditation and reflection before class. We kindly ask that conversations be kept soft and phones remain on silent while inside the studio.

Remove Shoes

Please remove your shoes before entering the practice area to help keep our studio clean and comfortable for everyone.

Practice Mindfully

Yoga is a personal journey. Listen to your body, honor your own limits, and avoid comparing your practice to others. Our instructors are happy to offer modifications whenever needed.

Phones & Electronics

To preserve a calm and distraction-free environment, please silence all mobile devices before class begins. If you must take an urgent call, kindly step outside the practice room.

Personal Hygiene

Please arrive in clean, comfortable clothing and practice good personal hygiene out of respect for fellow students in our shared space.

Stay Home if You’re Unwell

If you are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, or symptoms that could affect others, we kindly ask that you rest at home and join us when you are feeling better.

Care for Studio Equipment

Please return props and equipment to their designated places after class. If you borrow a studio mat or props, kindly wipe them down using the cleaning supplies provided.

Respect the Community

Treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with kindness, patience, and compassion. Eternal Yogalaya is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, experience, or background.

Be Present

Our greatest invitation is to disconnect from daily distractions and fully embrace the present moment. Let each class be an opportunity to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.
